Currently, we offer four tiers (with some having sub-steps in between). Free, Business, Enterprise, and Partner. Business tier has sub-steps in between to help accomodate customers with different load needs.
Free Tier
We offer a limited free tier to help hobbyists and other customers get their foot in the door with cside. Features and limits may be adjusted at anytime.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of features and limits:

Business Tier
The Business tier has sub-steps to help accomodate customers with different load needs. Each sub step has different limits, but the same feature set.

Downgrading from Business Tiers
All of these tiers are self-servable and can be downgraded at any time. If you would like to downgrade your plan, you can do so from the cside dashboard.
Downgrading from a Business Tier to another Sub-Step
If you would like to downgrade from one Business sub-step to another (e.g., Business 300k to Business 200k), you can do so, however, please confirm that you are not exceeding the limits of the tier you are downgrading to. If you are exceeding the limits, you will need to reduce your usage before downgrading.
Enterprise / Partner Tier
For customers with more advanced needs, we offer Enterprise and Partner tiers. Enterprise is the default package for a Partner tier. If the enterprise tier does not meet your needs, we will create a custom Partner tier for your team.
Upgrading to Enterprise / Partner
These two tiers are only obtainable through manually contacting our support team. You can get in touch with our sales team at sales@cside.dev.
Downgrading from Enterprise / Partner
Since these two tiers are manually configured, downgrading from these tiers is not automatic and not self-servable. If you would like to downgrade from these tiers, please contact your cside representative assigned to your team.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, as well as ACH payments for Enterprise and Partner tiers. cside does not handle raw pamynet information directly, all payments and payment methods are stored and processed through Stripe.
Deleting Payment Methods
You can delete your payment methods at any time from the cside dashboard. In some cases, you must have at least one valid payment method on file.
you must have at least one valid payment method on file at all times if you are on a paid tier. You must downgrade to the Free tier before deleting all payment methods.
